  • Yes, we offer delivery and pick-up services for our bouncy castles. This ensures a hassle-free experience for you, allowing you to focus on enjoying the event while we take care of setting up and dismantling the equipment safely and efficiently.

  • It's a breeze to book your perfect inflatable! Just choose your favourite, then pick your desired delivery date and time on our website or shoot us a message!

  • For our standard bouncy castles, a typical 15-amp household outlet is all you'll need.

    If you're booking a combo unit, it might require two separate outlets. Please mention this when you book so we can confirm the exact power needs.

    It's crucial that the outlet is a dedicated circuit, meaning no other electrical devices should be plugged into it. This prevents frustrating power interruptions from "tripping" a circuit breaker.

    Planning on renting multiple inflatables or setting up more than 100 feet from an outlet? Let's chat about power requirements before your event day to ensure everything runs smoothly. Don't worry, we'll provide all the necessary extension cords to reach your power source!

  • The best spot for your inflatable is a level, grassy area. We need a flat surface with no bumps, and at least 5 feet of clear space on all sides. Please ensure the area is free of any obstacles like sticks, rocks, sharp objects, sprinklers, or animal waste. We use stakes to securely anchor the inflatable.

    If a grassy area isn't available, we can also set up indoors, or on surfaces like concrete or asphalt. In these cases, we'll use sandbags to safely secure the unit.

  • For the safety of all participants, every inflatable unit requires at least one adult supervisor at all times. Larger inflatables, like slides and obstacle courses, need a minimum of two adult supervisors.

    Most accidents happen due to two main reasons: too many children on the unit, or the inflatable not being properly secured. Supervisors should actively monitor the number of children and ensure they're using the equipment responsibly. They must also regularly check that the equipment remains securely anchored to the ground.

    Your event's safety, no matter its size, is our top priority. If you'd like a trained supervisor from our team, we can provide one for an additional fee.

  • At My Happy Bounce, we get it – life happens, and so does unpredictable weather. That's why we offer a hassle-free cancellation policy. We just kindly ask for 5 days' notice if you need to cancel, so another family can enjoy the fun!
